Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

• We ship our products exclusively through DTDC.

• Customers will be notified with the tracking ID of the shipment once dispatched from our facility.

• Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 working days from the time the order is placed.

• Products will reach you within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

• If you haven’t received the product even after 7 days of placing the order, kindly get in touch with us through WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

• Please check with us in advance before placing your order if you need the products by a specific date.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues. Please check the size chart next to the product image before placing your order.

• However, if a customer insists on an exchange for size issues, the product must be sent back to us through courier within a week at their own expense.

• Shipping charges will be extra for the exchanged product to be sent back. We do not offer free shipping for product exchanges.

• If the product received has any defects or damage, it can be returned. The shipping charges for the same will be refunded upon providing the receipt for the same.

• If there is any issue, kindly get in touch with us through WhatsApp at 82201 27475. We will provide you with the address for return.

• In case of a return of damaged products, the product must be sent back within 10 working days. Returns will not be accepted beyond that period.

• Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be initiated.
